Happy (belated) Valentine’s Day!

This year for Valentine’s Day at Perlick Legal Counsel we reflected on our love for the ideals and values we hold so dear. In light of recent events that have challenged these ideals, David wanted to add his voice of concern…

Indivisible!

I stand, indivisible, with those whose rights they’d strip away.
I stand, indivisible, against the might they would display.
I stand, indivisible, with a diversity of friends.
I stand, indivisible, with the dove in the lion’s den.

I stand, indivisible, with she who cannot stand alone.
I stand, indivisible, for the ones without a home.
I stand, indivisible, with all colors of men.
I stand, indivisible,  with the dove in the lion’s den.
 
We stand, indivisible, underdogs of all sorts.
We stand, indivisible, without shelter or fort.
We stand, indivisible, as witness once again.
Indivisible, we stand, with the dove in the lion’s den.
